VuePod is a complete, self-contained turnkey bin-picking cell. It combines a pre-programmed robot, Apera 4D Vision with five VuePort cameras, pose checks, a regrip station, built-in safety and a touhscreen HMI to take parts from a random bin and load them into a fixture, conveyor, machine or another line.
A Free Proof of Production is a free live run of your parts on VuePod in Apera’s lab. You receive cycle time, grasp success and placement accuracy results, a video showing VuePod running on your parts, plus an honest fit assessment.
Pose checks verify each pick. If a part shifts or a pick is disturbed, the cell re-plans, and the regrip station corrects orientation before placement.
